1. Promoters

This competition is jointly organised by:

• BeDiscoverable App Limited — Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada
• OBeach Ibiza

The prize is provided in partnership with BeDiscoverable App Limited (BeApp), OBeach Ibiza, and Wi-Ki-Woo Hotel Ibiza.

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Reside within the United Kingdom, European Union, or Schengen Area
• Create a valid BeApp account

Employees of BeDiscoverable App Limited (BeApp) are not eligible to participate.

Employees or affiliates of OBeach Ibiza may participate unless otherwise restricted by their internal policies.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are legally able to travel internationally and possess any required travel documentation such as a valid passport.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 1 July 2026. There is currently no fixed closing date; it is expected to run for approximately two (2) months.

The promoters will give reasonable advance notice of the closing date. Entries submitted outside the competition period will not be eligible.

All times are based on Spanish local time (CET / CEST).

The promoters reserve the right to modify, shorten or extend the competition period at their discretion.

4. How to Enter

The competition is promoted through Instagram and TikTok.

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Download the BeApp mobile application
• Create an account
• Invite friends to join BeApp using their personal referral code or referral link
• Ensure invited friends sign up using that referral code

Valid Referrals

A valid referral occurs when a referred user:

• Signs up to BeApp using the participant’s referral code or referral link
• Creates a full BeApp account — guest (anonymous) accounts do not qualify for the competition
• Completes their profile including:
  • Name
  • Profile photo
  • At least one social media handle
  • Location permissions enabled within the application
• Is determined to be a genuine individual user

Earning Entries

Each valid referral — a friend who signs up with your unique code and completes their profile (photo, social account and location) — automatically earns the participant one (1) entry into the prize draw. There is no limit: every additional valid referral earns one additional entry.

Participants may earn multiple entries by continuing to invite additional friends.

Referral tracking and entry qualification are automatically managed through BeApp’s referral system within the app.

Invalid Referrals

The promoters reserve the right to determine whether a referral qualifies as a valid referral.

Referrals may be excluded if the referred account is determined to be:

• Duplicate
• Fraudulent
• Automated
• Created solely for the purpose of manipulating the competition
• Associated with the same individual or household attempting to artificially increase entries

The promoters may use automated systems, manual review, and behavioural analysis to verify referral authenticity.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

The prize:

• Does not include airport transfers
• Does not include travel insurance
• Does not include additional spending money or personal expenses
• Is subject to availability
• Must be booked on dates agreed between the winner and the prize providers

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

The promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected through a computerised random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place within fourteen (14) days after the competition closing date.

The draw will be conducted using BeApp’s computerised referral administration system to ensure fairness and transparency.

7. Winner Notification

The winner may be contacted using one or more of the following methods depending on the information provided in their BeApp account:

• Email
• In-app notification
• Instagram direct message (if included in the user’s profile)
• WhatsApp message (if included in the user’s profile)

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner through a new random draw.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that if they win:

• Their name and social media handle may be publicly announced.
• Photos or videos from the Ibiza trip may be used by the promoters for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
• No additional compensation will be provided for such usage.

9. Fraud, Manipulation, and Disqualification

Participants must not attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the competition.

The following behaviours may result in disqualification:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Creating fake accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automation
• Purchasing or generating artificial sign-ups
• Coordinating artificial referral networks
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the app

If suspicious activity is detected, the promoters reserve the right to:

• Remove specific referrals
• Recalculate referral totals
• Disqualify the participant
• Remove the participant from the prize draw entirely

Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or incomplete profiles will not count as valid referrals.

All decisions made by the promoters regarding referral validity and competition integrity are final.

10. Referral Verification

The promoters reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on any participant before awarding the prize.

This may include verifying:

• Referral authenticity
• Account legitimacy
• Compliance with these Terms and Conditions

If verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

11. Liability

The promoters are not responsible for:

• Cancelled or delayed flights
• Travel disruptions or airline issues
• Visa or passport issues
• Personal travel restrictions
• Government travel regulations
• Any costs not explicitly included in the prize

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to travel and meet all relevant travel requirements.

12. Data and Privacy

Personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed in accordance with BeApp’s privacy policy.

Participant data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Where matters relate specifically to services delivered in Ibiza, applicable Spanish regulations may also apply.

14. General

The promoters reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary
• Amend these Terms and Conditions where required

In the event of disputes, the decision of the promoters will be final.
