Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 3, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

Users must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to agree. Organizational users must have authority to bind their organization.

2. Changes to the Terms

BeApp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notification to users via the App or other means. "Your continued use of BeApp after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms."

3. User Accounts

Accurate and complete information required during registration
Users are responsible for credential confidentiality
Users are solely responsible for all account activities
BeApp reserves termination rights for violations

4. Use of the Services

Users agree to comply with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent use
Posting harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Accessing, modifying, or interfering with systems or accounts
Using automated means (bots) to interact with the platform

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Users retain ownership of posted content but grant "BeApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content"
BeApp owns all other content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property; users cannot copy or modify without permission

6. Privacy Policy

Personal data collection is governed by BeApp's Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Service

BeApp may suspend or terminate access for violations or unlawful behavior. Users may delete accounts anytime — see Account Deletion for instructions.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

"BeApp is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind"
"BeApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages"

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Canadian law; disputes resolved through arbitration or Canadian courts.
